PLANNING STAGE

  • Taking instructions regarding the Client’s requirement , Preparing Preliminary building layouts indicating therein Proposed Buildings, Recreational Areas, Roads and allied site development.

  • Preparing various alternative designs and Presentation drawings. Discussing various alternatives with us and finalising the alternative which is best suited to our requirement.

  • Preparation of working architectural drawings and elevation to a suitable scale.

  • Preparation of necessary drawings for submission to various statutory bodies for obtaining approvals, permissions and licences.

  • Preparation of Municipal drawings related to the proposal required for obtaining various NOC’S /Remarks and Approvals.

  • All formalities required to be completed with BMC to get IOD / CC.

  • Obtaining all necessary Statutory Approvals required from various Department from time to time as and when required.



CONSTRUCTION STAGE

  • Overall co-ordination with the us on technical matters.


  • Periodical site visits in connection with the works.


  • All revisions /modifications of IOD /CC

END OF CONSTRUCTION STAGE

  • Ascertaining & Obtaining Completion certificates such as Road completion, SWD completion or such other completion certificates as insisted by BMC.


  • Handing over the various reservation / setback area to the concerned authority of BMC.


  • Obtaining completion certificates and occupation permission from the statutory bodies.


  • Preparation of ‘as built’ drawings.
